How long is the processing time?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-10 working days;
*Processing time is the number of days between the moment an order is placed and the moment it is handed over to our delivery service.*
How long is the delivery time?
"We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Typically, the delivery times after they have been transferred (see processing time) are 2-3 working days."
What is your order deadline?
"To ensure that all our customers are served in a timely and efficient manner, we have an order deadline of 6:00 PM (CET). This means that for all orders placed before this time, the processing time mentioned above (see: "How long is the processing time?") will commence. For orders placed after 6:00 PM, the processing time mentioned above will commence the following day!"
What are the packages sent with?
Delivery is carried out via the postman or package deliverer from UPS and/or PostNL in the Netherlands, DPD in Belgium, and UPS/DPD in the rest of Europe. Generally, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, you can enjoy standard free shipping! All our packages are shipped insured within the Netherlands and Belgium! This means you are covered if your package is damaged or lost during transport. For other countries, the following rates apply:

Are our products 100% authentic?
Yes, all our products are purchased from reliable retailers such as: Nike, Adidas, and more. When products are sourced from the secondary market, they are thoroughly inspected for authenticity before being listed on the website!
Tracking says delivered, but I haven't received anything?
If the tracking of your package says that it has been delivered, but this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible (contact@freesoulz.nl). After 10 days (after the package is marked as delivered), we can no longer claim the money from our insurer, and we cannot offer you a refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this moment, we accept the following payment methods: Ideal, Credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, and Amex), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order, provided that the product has not yet been shipped to you or our supplier has not yet processed the order.
Once the order has been shipped or our supplier has already started the shipping process, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In that case, you can return the order at your own expense after receipt.
